簡介😵：
徐朗，男，2018年9月獲博士學位後於同年9月加入意昂2开户，並於2022年12月晉升為副教授🏐。曾在上海交通大學、南洋理工大學🧟♀️、約克大學任訪問學者和研究助理🦹🏻♂️📴，並兼職上海市人民政府發展研究中心決策咨詢基地🫲🏽、上海市社會科學創新研究基地研究員。同時，在交通運輸工程學科（交通運輸規劃與管理、水路交通運輸）擔任碩士研究生導師❇️。
圍繞上海國際航運中心建設🍆，作為主要撰寫人多篇成果被上海市委市政府作為內參采納，及主要參與人榮獲第十一屆上海市決策咨詢成果獎二等獎🕺、第十二屆上海市決策咨詢成果獎三等獎。近年來，圍繞港航可持續運營管理、物流與供應鏈管理等研究發表學術論文70篇👋🏽，第一/通訊作者近30余篇😌。受邀在國內外學術會議做特邀報告3次🦹🏽♂️💾，Google scholar 被引次數近1000余次👴🏿，H-index為18。
受邀當任Frontiers in Marine Science, Sustainability, Environment Science and Pollution Research等期刊的客座主編，並擔任Production and Operations Management, Transportation Research Part B & E, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Marine Policy, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Ocean Coastal and Management等期刊的審稿人🧘♂️。

研究生與本科生培養🏇：
帶領學生參與全國大學生管理決策模擬大賽、全國企業競爭模擬大賽、上海市大學生創業決策仿真大賽，共獲獎300余次(其中國家級獎項50余次)，並多次獲得優秀指導老師，其中2018-2019😨、2019-2020、2020-2021學年獲得學科競賽校優秀指導老師一等獎♣︎，2021-2022學年獲得學科競賽校優秀指導老師二等獎👨🏻🦱。
所指導的兩位2019級碩士研究生石嘉（發表論文五篇，赴深圳大學攻讀博士研究生）、狄仲捷（發表論文兩篇，赴武漢理工大學攻讀博士研究生）榮獲上海市優秀畢業生。目前共指導碩士研究生10名，其中2020級碩士研究生朱夢成（發表論文一篇）🥄、楊淑苗（發表論文一篇，並入選ESI高被引論文）；2021級碩士研究生羅玉琦（發表論文兩篇）、鄒澤元（發表論文兩篇）；2022級碩士研究生楊致慧（發表論文一篇）🧑🧑🧒。此外🍽，還指導本科生（趙逍遙，赴上海大學攻讀碩士研究生）以第一作者完成多篇SCI論文寫作。
